STEP 2.3 : CATALOGING SOURCE DESCRIPTION CONVENTION

In records that are converted from AACR2 (or another standard) to RDA, Backstage will add $e rda to the existing 040 (if not currently present), or else add a new 040 with this subfield if the field does not exist.
